Deciding when to grow your family, how many babies to have, what their names should be – are all tough decisions to make. Sometimes those decisions come easy and sometimes those decisions are hard.
Since I began this photography journey, I’ve heard all sorts of stories. I’ve heard about the pain and struggles of not being able to conceive. I’ve heard sadness in the voices of mommies whose babies made it to 13, 17, 24 weeks before they continued their journeys in heaven. I’ve heard stories of lives flipped upside down when surprise babies came along — babies who hadn’t been planned for, but have been such incredible blessings to their families.
I’ve heard all sorts of stories.
This family here, they have a wonderful story as well! Their story proves that no matter what situation you’re in, that situation can change in a heartbeat. When you least expect it, you too may be able to experience the joy that they have. You simply need a positive outlook. No matter what chapter of your story you’re currently living, you need to remember that it’s just a chapter. Keep turning the pages — something unexpected may be on the horizon!
In just 8-days of life, Kwynn Marylisa has proven to the Kegel family that she is exactly what they needed as their final addition! Her brothers and sister absolutely adore her — and she has already been proving to her mommy and daddy that she may be the best sleeper in the house;)
Kegel family – congratulations on your newest addition to the family. Katy – you were 100% right when you said she completes your family…I think the joy you all share in this sweet little miracle proves that tenfold!
