I remember the day he asked her to marry him.
We were all sitting in church when Amy’s birthday was announced, followed by an invitation to celebrate in the commons area. Her students and their parents had prepared her birthday celebration — all were invited to attend. Food, balloons and gifts filled the room!
The anticipation built as she opened each gift. We all knew what was about to happen, but Amy was clueless. As she opened her final gift, the one from Ryan, everyone got out their phones to document!
As he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him, tears of happiness streamed down every woman’s face. Her engagement surprise was epic and incredibly romantic at the same time.
Amy and Ryan — you two were made for each other by God himself. The paths you’ve been on have led you to this point. The journey ahead of you is one you’re meant to enjoy together. Your families and friends are cheering you on every step of the way!!!
