I was shocked when the text came in…”We had an eventful day today! Baby girl was born at 6pm”
Wait….isn’t it too early? I immediately hunted down my husband to confirm the news. He said Kelcey was right at her due date…but what do guys know?! So I texted her back a Congratulations followed by a very blunt “Isn’t she early?”
I felt as though it was just a day or two earlier when we were shooting maternity pics, so I was genuinly concerned. Luckily Kelcey confirmed right away that she was only a little early – 38 weeks.
PHEW! I could relax and jump for joy in celebration of the Leitl’s newest addition!!!
Sweet, adorable Kinley brings the Leitl crew up to 5…3 kiddos and 2 adults means this couple is now outnumbered — but their hearts are filled with even more joy than they could’ve ever imagined.
To say she’s perfect …. well, she’s beyond perfect. Quite possibly the prettiest baby I’ve ever photographed. Congratulations, Kelcey and Brett! Y’all make cute babies…but I think you’ve outdone yourselves with this one;)
