This family will forever remain near and dear to my heart. They were the very first people to ever trust me to photograph their wedding. All I had photographed before their beautiful day were family portraits and Air Force jets/Airmen! This family had faith in someone who couldn’t provide a portfolio of wedding imagery or beautifully designed pricing guides or knowledge on how to plan for wedding day portraits. They trusted me anyway.
That was just the beginning.
After that, they asked me to photograph their babies. I’ve been able to personally watch as their beautiful family grew. Lucky for me, I’ve had the amazing opportunity over the years to not only capture special moments in time for them, but to also compare stories and trials and tribulations from our real lives. I’ve had the chance to grow a beautiful friendship. Having sessions on my calendar with this family meant I got an extra half hour to an hour of chat time — something this mama so desperately needed!
