She blinked.
Just like we all do that first year of our baby’s life….and every year after that. We blink and all of a sudden a year has gone by.
Thankfully we have photographs and endless memories to look back on, but those don’t slow the time at all — they simply preserve it. They allow us a chance to look back and recall the milestones our babies made. They allow us a chance to remember all the joy and laughter our babies brought to us. Life without our kiddos was pretty boring, wasn’t it?!
River, this sweet, adorable little man, has officially entered his toddler years. With a mama like his, you know these years will bring on adventure after adventure, making memories that will last an entire lifetime. This little guy was blessed with an incredibly strong, independant role model. I can’t wait to see all the adventures these two travel on together!
